摘要

Abstract

Using room temperature self-drying organosilicone resin as the base resin,a lightweight and low-density high-temperature resistant thermal insulation coating was prepared by adding modified hollow glass beads and other inorganic fillers.The effects of the resin type,different coupling agent modified hollow glass beads,the dosage of modified hollow glass beads and the amount of mica powder on the performance of the coating were studied.The performance of the coatings was characterized and analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis(TG),FT-IR,ablation,determining the thermal conductivity and density.The results showed that the density of the coating prepared by adding 15%KH570 modified HGM-1,9%mica powder,appropriate amount of defoamer,anti-sinking agent and dispersant reached to 0.38 g/cm3,and the thermal conductivity reached to 0.058[W/(m·K)],and there was no bulging and cracking phenomenon under the ablation at 600℃.
