基于PS-FBG的坦克火炮高精度加速度传感研究
Research on High Precision Acceleration Sensor for Tank Artillery Based on PS-FBG

Abstract
The micro vibration signal of tank artillery has a significant impact on the firing accuracy of the artillery.A high-precision acceleration sensor for tank artillery based on phase shift-fiber brag grating(PS-FBG)is proposed to address the issues of low accuracy and low sensitivity of traditional fiber Bragg grating(FBG)acceleration sensors.The phase shift grating is connected in series with a regular FBG to form a cascaded grating,and connected to the oscillator to form a spring mass system.The presence of grid phase shift of PS-FBG significantly reduces 3 dB bandwidth of the cascaded grating reflection spectrum,thereby greatly improving the spectral measurement accuracy.The experimental results show that under acceleration excitation of 0.01-0.07 g,the PS-FBG cascaded grating sensor can effectively recognize and restore micro vibration signals,while traditional FBG sensors cannot recognize micro vibration signals with the acceleration below 0.03 g.The tank vehicular test results show that the proposed sensor can effectively extract the micro vibration signals of the engine under idle and normal driving conditions.The sensor exhibits super dynamic performance under transient shock response,and effectively reduces measurement errors caused by environmental temperature changes through parallel matching with FBG.关键词
