高强度且快速自修复双交联结构聚乙烯醇水凝胶的制备及其自修复性能研究

Abstract
Aiming to constructing a kind of high-strength and rapid self-healing hydrogel.Here,a hydrogen bond between PVA and starch molecules is used as the first physical cross-linking network,and the dynamic borate ester bond between PVA and boric acid molecules is used as the second chemical cross-linking network to form a dual cross-linked structure of AR/PVA-B hydrogel.The AR/PVA-B hydrogel shows outstanding mechanical properties(Breaking elongation of 631.2%,Maximum stress of 24.6 kPa)and excellent self-healing performance(self-healing efficiency of 94.5%under no external stimulation conditions at room temperature within 5 minutes).In addition,the self-healing hydrogel also shows excellent recasting performance.This study provides theoretical support and exploration for the high-strength and rapid self-healing performance of PVA hydrogel in electronic skin applications.关键词
