摘要

Abstract

This article systematically elucidates the digital design and development of China Space Station from four aspects:enhancement of the main process flow,substitution and integration of physical processes,expansion of management fields,and improvement of the development sys-tem,and summarizes and analyzes the digital concepts and methods behind it.In the aspect of enhancing the main process flow,the focus is on the model-based collaborative design that runs through the entire development process.In the aspect of substituting and integrating physical processes,the interaction between modeling and simulation and physical testing is analyzed.In the aspect of expanding management fields,the application of models in technical status manage-ment,quality control,and plan management and implementation is introduced.In the aspect of improving the development system,the role of digitalization in process optimization,flattening of the development system,and the popularization of system testing is elaborated.Finally,the arti-cle discusses several issues and future development in the application of aerospace digitalization.
