深部首采工作面矿压显现相似模拟
Similar simulation of mine pressure state in deep first mining face
摘要
Abstract
This paper is directed at addressing the problems,such as the large buried depth,stress concentration and no reference for the pressure regulation,as occurs in 2501 first mining face in a mine.The study investigates the law behind mine pressure behavior in 2501 first mining face by the similar test simulation and the field support resistance monitoring data.The results show that the initial supporting force criterion of the hydraulic support in the first mining face of 2501 is 28.81 MPa,and the average value of the resistance criterion at the end of the cycle is 36.59 MPa.The maximum dynamic load coeffi-cient of the hydraulic support is 1.341,and the average value is 1.280 when the pressure is first ap-plied;and the maximum dynamic load coefficient of the hydraulic support is 1.386 and the average value is 1.288 when the pressure is applied periodically.The pressing step interval of the working face is 17.85-22.25 m,the leading stress is concentrated in the range of 30-40 m in front of the working face,and the leading stress peak is in the range of 5-10 m in front of the working face.The results of this study can provide theoretical reference for the subsequent mining of this mine.关键词
