Design of High-precision Synchronous Detonation Control System Based on Distributed Network

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of insufficient time synchronization accuracy in engineering blasting,which leads to unsatisfactory blasting effect,this study proposes a distributed network-based blasting control system.The system adopts FPGA as the core controller,and ensures high-precision time synchronization among nodes through an improved time synchronization proto-col(PTP protocol).In addition,the system utilizes low-voltage differential signaling(LVDS)technology to achieve long-distance data transmission,which ensures that the signal can still maintain stable transmission and synchronization in complex terrains or en-vironments.The terminals of the blasting network can generate delayed synchronization signals accurate to the nanosecond level,thus ensuring that all the blasting points in a predetermined moment of precise synchronization of the explosion,achieving the maxi-mum effect of blasting.Compared with traditional blasting synchronization methods,this system not only significantly improves the synchronization accuracy,but also maintains stable operation in harsh environments.Experimental results show that the system can operate stably in a variety of complex environments,and the time synchronization accuracy reaches the nanosecond level,which ef-fectively improves the safety,consistency and controllability of the blasting process.This study provides an innovative and effective solution to the time synchronization problem in engineering blasting,and provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for fur-ther improving the precision and reliability of blasting technology in the future.关键词
