电催化反应器内进水方式及电流分布的实验研究
Experimental study on influent mode and current distribution in electro-catalytic reactor

Abstract
This paper aims to optimize the water influent mode and electrode spacing in a cylindrical electro-catalytic reactor by using CFD and COMSOL to simulate the velocity distribution of the fluid flow within the reactor,and verify the accuracy of these simulation results by experiment.The results indicate that the mass transfer performance of the reactor performs best with the tangent influent mode,together with even surface velocity distribution across the electrode,which improves the consistency of solution distribution and the space utilization in the reaction process.The limiting current of the tangential influent water at an inflow speed of 0.062 m/s is 1.25 times higher than that at 0.032 m/s,suggesting that in-creasing the inflow rate can enhance the mass transfer performance of the system;and the appropriate in-crease of electrode spacing can enhance the uniformity of current distribution.When the electrode spacing is set to 15 mm,the TOC removal efficiency can reach 89.7%after a 2-hour reaction period.关键词
