Intelligent Feeding Composite Processing System Based on Machine Vision
摘要
Abstract
At present,the materials used in traditional manufacturing industries such as shoes,leather goods,and handi-crafts are usually soft sheets,which are soft and easy to deform,have complex processing techniques,and have low added value to the attached products.By using distributed induction air cushion conveying technology and using parallax correction technology based on sheet profile recognition to compensate for machine vision positioning errors caused by material thickness,a 4-axis robotic arm,distributed induction air cushion conveying platform,industrial camera,motion controller,computer,and CNC system soft-ware are combined to form a CNC system.The image acquisition,recognition,and positioning of flexible sheets are completed through cameras,and the air cushion conveying platform,mechanical arm,walking palm,walking boots,and various shoe stacks are controlled to coordinate the transportation,clamping,positioning,unloading,and production management of sheets.Compared with existing processes,this article integrates multiple production processes and auxiliary machines into a processing system,which has the advantages of compact structure,strong process coherence,good usability,strong scalability,high production efficiency,and low maintenance costs.关键词
