Abstract
Aiming at the problem that ABS controller with fixed target slip ratio cannot track the optimal slip ratio on complex road surface,an identification method of optimal slip ratio for vehicle braking is proposed to further increase the longitudinal force,improve the braking stability and shorten the braking distance.Firstly,considering the axle load transfer and suspension deforma-tion in the process of vehicle braking,a vehicle model including 7 DOF 1/2 vehicle semi-active suspension model of front and rear wheels is established,which can accurately calculate the longitudinal and vertical wheel force of vehicle braking according to the ve-hicle speed,wheel speed and braking torque.An optimal slip rate identification method based on simplified particle swarm optimiza-tion algorithm is proposed,and the real-time parameter identification of Pacejka tire road model is carried out to identify the optimal slip rate corresponding to the maximum longitudinal force.Finally,based on the EPB dynamic emergency braking condition of the vehicle,simulation tests are carried out on the Matlab/Simulink platform,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is proved.关键词
