摘要

Abstract

Quality,schedule and cost are the main objectives of ship supervision of equipment procurement contracts.The three parties influence each other and restrict each other.In order to get better supervise and control the overall situation of contract implementation in management practices,a comprehensive optimization model is constructed through the quality cost model and the time cost function to avoid possible deviation in single factor analysis and to integrate various factors of management.And by the way of genetic algorithm,searching in depth for the optimal program of project progress can help improve the forecasting ability,and rea-sonably adjust the various deviations that may occur during project implementation.
