Abstract
An improved prediction control strategy is proposed for the problem of large electromagnetic torque and stator flux pulsations in the conventional model prediction torque control of surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor.This meth-od divides the sector into 12 by introducing 6 virtual voltage vectors with fixed duty cycle,and the alternative voltage vectors are fil-tered according to the sectors where the actual stator chains are located,the new switching table and the hysteretic controller,so the alternative voltage vectors are reduced from the conventional 7 to 3.The stator chain and electromagnetic torque prediction formula and the evaluation function are used to select the basic voltage vector that minimizes the value of the evaluation function as the opti-mal voltage vector.The improved method not only subdivides the sectors,but also reduces the computational effort.The simulation results show that the improved model-predicted torque control method has better suppression of electromagnetic torque and stator flux,and also features small distortion rate of stator current and fast dynamic response.关键词
