Abstract

Nuclear radiation detector is an instrument used to monitor radiation levels,detecting the high-energy particles emitted by radioactive sources.However,these detectors require stable and reliable power supply to ensure their normal operation during detection work.In order to better meet the power requirements of different types of nuclear radiation detectors,a multi-channel output precision regulated DC power supply for nuclear energy spectrum detection is designed.First,EDA software is used to draw the schematic diagram of the power supply,then the appropriate components are selected to weld and debug the circuit board,and the oscilloscope is used to observe the noise,so as to judge the performance of the power supply.The experiment shows that the voltage error range of the six-channel output is(0.07±0.055)V.The noise range of the six-channel output voltages observed by the oscilloscope is(12.466 67±2.776 09)mV.From the voltage data of the test,it can be obtained that the voltage noise of the minimum voltage is less than 9 mV.The power supply has good performance and can meet the needs of semiconductor nuclear radiation detection,providing a stable power supply for related nuclear radiation detectors.
