摘要

Abstract

A simulation analysis platform is designed and developed for the insertion process of a packer using the Unity3D virtual reality development platform.Taking three washable well packers from the same series and the SH54 well section as the research objects,a 3D model of the packers is created using 3Dsmax modeling software.The wellbore model of the well section is reconstructed using Open3D and combined with the alpha shape algorithm.The UI interface is designed using Photoshop software.Finally,a packer insertion process analysis platform is developed and implemented in the Unity3D platform using C#language.The platform provides functions such as model display,transparent display,grid display of wellbore models,as well as speed control and attitude control during the packer insertion process,achieving virtual visualization of the packer insertion operation process.By testing three types of packers and simulating the descent process of the SH54 well section separately,it is found that the platform has PC based human-machine interaction function,which can truly simulate the insertion operation process of the research object.Compared with traditional experience analysis methods,the platform is more accurate and convenient,which can greatly improve the awareness and understanding of the insertion process by operators,and has guiding significance for on-site insertion operations.
