氮、硫共掺杂近红外碳点的合成及其性能表征
Synthesis and characteristics of nitrogen and sulfur doped near-infrared carbon dots

Abstract
Carbon dots have good biocompatibility and exhibit excellent fluorescence property.Near-infrared fluorescence penetrates deep tissues and successfully avoids background interference from cell fluorescence.In this study,NIR fluorescent carbon dots with fluorescence emission in the entire visible region are prepared by ni-trogen and sulfur doping.The synthesized NIR carbon dots are characterized by using transmission electron mi-croscopy,atomic force microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,UV-vis spectroscopy,and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results demonstrate that the synthesized NIR carbon dots are 1-2 nm in size.Large amounts of oxygenated functional groups are introduced onto the surface of the carbon dots.Nitrogen and sulfur doping can improve the optical characteristics of carbon dots,and the prepared carbon dots exhibit superior fluorescence property in the near infrared region,indicating that doping elements have a favorable impact on the structure and electronic properties of carbon dots.This kind of NIR carbon dots with fluorescence emission in the entire visible region possess great significance in realizing the efficient appli-cation of carbon dots in the fields of bio-imaging and photo-thermal therapy.关键词
