Abstract
At present,most real-time monitoring systems for safety belts in high-altitude operations are mainly designed based on algorithm models,featuring high deployment costs and regular updates and maintenance requirements.Hence,designing a low-power consumption and low-cost intelligent detection system for safety belts in power operations holds significant practical significance.The system consists of three components:equipment terminals,base stations,and upper computers.The equipment terminal takes STC32G8K64 as the core control,monitoring the wearing state of the safety belt through the infrared module and pressure detection module,and providing alerts for the status of the safety buckle.The installed wireless transceiver module can transmit real-time data to the base station.The base station takes STM32C9T6 as the core controller,equipped with a 4G module and a wireless transceiver module to facilitate communication between the equipment terminal and the upper computer.The host computer realizes the functions of personnel team management,equipment management and warehousing,real-time equipment status display.Finally,performance tests at different heights are carried out,the results indicate that the real-time detection of the wearing state of the safety belt can maintain a delay of 2~3 s,providing a new solution for safety management in power operations.关键词
