Abstract
With the development of social economy,the number of long-distance trips made alone by people with disabilities and elderly peo-ple with limited mobility is increasing,which poses higher design requirements for the design of service areas.Based on the behavioral charac-teristics of passengers in service areas and the self-needs of disabled passengers,combined with field research,this paper several problems in accessible design of service areas,and completely proposes solutions and strategies,supplementing all aspects not covered by the current ac-cessible design norms,providing a good idea for the formulation of relevant norms for service areas across the country in the future.关键词
