Abstract
Weapons and equipment,different from general equipment and materials,in the procurement technology require-ments are higher,the quality is strict,the amount is huge,the cycle is long,especially in the process of China's military moderniza-tion,information,science and technology construction,for the equipment procurement requirements continue to improve,based on the value engineering theory,the relationship between equipment procurement and efficiency and cost is analyzed,with quantitative methods to guide the military equipment procurement,removes the human factor,guarantees the objectivity of the equipment pro-curement,and provides a new way for the military equipment procurement.关键词
