摘要

Abstract

Optical lens focusing production mostly relies on semi-automated operation,which directly affects the lens and production efficiency.In order to improve the production efficiency of the lens module,to ensure that the focus,according to the production requirements,a new type of automatic focusing machine with 12 stations is designed.The structure and working principle of the focusing machine equipment is analyzed,a mechanical arm is adopted to complete loading and unloading,focusing system is developed by the use of Moire focusing algorithm,the design of the dispensing device is improved;PCs and PLC are used to design the corresponding control system and hardware circuits,the upper computer,touch-screen human-computer interface,motion control program,focusing program and so on are also developed.The actual debugging experimental results show that the focusing machine runs well,the flexibility of the focusing machine layout and space utilization are improved,the system can control the amount of glue in real-time based on the residual amount of glue in cylinder,temperature parameters,and that the dispensing uniformity and reliability is ensured.The system achieves systematic motion control and real-time monitoring of the parameters of the production state,and meets the requirements of the enterprise production.
