摘要

Abstract

The existing intelligent manufacturing system design methods have problems such as weak pertinence,poor fit with actual production,and substandard after system implementation.A design method is proposed for intelligent manufacturing systems based on process elements,which integrates key elements such as lean processes,flexible production lines design&application,production data acquisition/analysis/control systems,and the two major strategies of process element innovation design are clarified.The content of design services are discussed,such as product flexibility combination demonstration and warehouse space calculation,and the reference elements are considered for process scheme design such as FMCS system requirements,Smart MES,and FMS systems.The new factory process plan emphasizes the scalability of production capacity,the feasibility of quality control,production continuity,fine management of logistics distribution,standardized management of tooling,the rationality of process layout,and the sustainability of green factories.Optimization solutions are provided for the process pain points of the factory,IoT design,intelligent warehousing and logistics solution strategies,and production environment management system design.Explored the application of flexible chemical process element innovation design and process simulation system.The proposed method provides a reference for the engineering design method of intelligent manufacturing system and improves the pertinence of the design system.
