Abstract
Magnetic circuit of wireless power supply system couplers is studied based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. In order to improve transmission efficiency and facilitate processing and production,a double U-shaped magnetic core structure is proposed for non-contact transformers. The structural parameter design of the non-contact transformer is completed with a double U-shaped structure,a finite element model of the induction power supply coupler is established, and the magnetic field characteristics of the non-contact transformer are simulated and analyzed. It is found that the magnetic density of the non-contact transformer with a double U-shaped magnetic core structure is highest only at the teeth of the magnetic core.To improve the problem of large air gap magnetic leakage,a comparative analysis is conducted on the effects of different air gap spacing, different magnetic core spacing, and different system frequencies on the output voltage.Simulation results show that when the frequency varies within the range of 0~30 kHz,the output voltage increases with the increase of frequency. However, when the frequency reaches 10 kHz or above, the system output voltage increases slowly with the increase of frequency; The air gap spacing increased from 1 mm to 6 mm,and the output voltage decreased from 650 V to 616 V;When the distance between magnetic cores increases from 15 mm to 30 mm,the output voltage remains unchanged. This non-contact transformer with a dual U-shaped magnetic core structure can reduce the air gap spacing to improve output performance, while the wider frequency selection range reduces design difficulty. Moreover, the magnetic core spacing has no effect on output performance, reducing processing difficulty. The research result provides a theoretical basis for industrial mass production.关键词
