Abstract
A high-precision automatic sorting device is designed in this paper to address the problem of high auxiliary time such as clamping and alignment during the machining process of platform parts,and low machining efficiency.By quickly clamping with high repeatability positioning accuracy at zero,the machining accuracy and efficiency have been effectively improved.Based on the functions of the device and the processing technology of the parts,corresponding control methods are developed.The entire control system is centered around a programmable controller,which controls the servo motor and zero point system through 485 com-munication and logic programs to achieve the overall function of the device.By using pressure sensors and other sensing elements to detect the position of the action,closed-loop control of the system is achieved.The control system of the automatic sorting device can communicate with the machine tool and be linked through machine tool processing.At the same time,an interactive interface is designed to enable manual and automatic switching,with simple operation and functions such as misoperation.关键词
