玉米黄花叶病毒运动蛋白的特征分析及其在昆虫细胞内的亚细胞定位
Characterization of maize yellow mosaic virus movement protein and its subcellular localization in insect cells

Abstract
Maize yellow mosaic virus(MaYMV)is a plant virus with potential epidemic risks.However,there are few studies on its protein characteristics and subcellular localization.In this study,MaYMV collected from Jiangsu province in 2022 was selected as the research object,and its movement protein(MP)was analyzed.The results showed that MP was a hydrophilic protein with a relative molecular weight of 21 230.The protein did not contain a nuclear localization signal,a signal peptide,or a transmembrane region.Moreover,the secondary structure was mainly in the form of random coils and had a Luteo_Vpg functional domain.Using the Bacmids-MaYMV-MP-His recombinant shuttle plasmid expression system,it was found that MP was localized in the cytoplasm.The expression of MP was further verified by Western-blot.This study demonstrated the characteristics and subcellular localization of MaYMV MP.The results of this study can lay a foundation for further analysis of the function of MaYMV MP and its interaction with vector aphids.关键词
