生物有机肥以及钙镁硅型土壤调理剂对甘薯连作田土壤团聚体稳定性及有机碳含量的影响
Effects of bio-organic fertilizer and calcium magnesium silicon soil condi-tioner on soil aggregate stability and organic carbon content in sweet pota-to continuous cropping field

Abstract
In order to solve the problems of poor stability of soil aggregates and decrease of organic carbon content in sweet potato continuous cropping field,the field positioning test was carried out in sweet potato continuous cropping field for many years.Five treatments were set up,including no fertilizer(CK1),single application of chemi-cal fertilizer(CK2),single application of bio-organic fer-tilizer(BF),chemical fertilizer+bio-organic fertilizer(CF),chemical fertilizer+soil conditioner(CC).The changes of soil aggregate composition,stability and aggregate or-ganic carbon content under different fertilization measures were studied.The results showed that compared with CK1 or CK2,CF treatment or CC treatment increased the content of>2.000 mm and 0.251-2.000 mm aggregates,the mean weight diameter(MWD),geometric mean diameter(GMD),and the content of>0.250 mm macroaggregates(R>0.250),and in-creased the total organic carbon(TOC)content and light fraction organic carbon(LOC)content of the whole soil and ag-gregates.Moreover,the contribution rate of>2.000 mm and 0.251-2.000 mm aggregates to TOC,LOC and heavy fraction organic carbon(HOC)was increased,and the yield of fresh potato was also increased.Under CC treatment,the content of>2.000 mm and 0.251-2.000 mm aggregates,GMD,R>0.250,LOC content of each aggregate and the contribution rate of>2.000 mm and 0.251-2.000 mm aggregates to TOC,LOC and HOC were the highest.The contents of TOC and HOC in aggregates and MWD were the highest under BF treatment,and the yield of fresh potato was the highest under CF and CC treatments.Redundancy analysis showed that soil TOC content and LOC content were positively correlated with MWD,GMD and R>0.250,and negatively correlated with D.R>0.250(56.15%)was the main driving factor.Continuous application of bio-organic fertilizer or soil conditioner for many years was conducive to improving the stability of soil aggregates and increasing the content of soil organic carbon and its components.Under the conditions of this experiment,the treatment of chemical fertilizer combined with soil conditioner(CC)performed better.关键词
