The Challenges and Optimization Strategies of the Territorial Spatial Use Control System
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,China's territorial spatial use control system has expanded from single-element local controls to comprehensive spatial regulation.However,issues such as unclear responsibilities,weak coordination,insufficient rights protection,and imbalances between ecological and economic benefits persist.This paper redefines the regulatory objects and bases,identifies key challenges,and offers legislative,judicial,and technical recommendations to enhance its development and effectiveness.关键词
