Abstract
In order to study the effects of different amounts of mineral admixtures on the performance of foamed concrete, mineral admixtures such as fly ash, silica fume, mineral powder and metakaolin were used to replace the equal quality cement. The effects of mineral admixtures on the performance of foam concrete for external wall insulation material were systematically studied. The test results show that when the content of fly ash is 6%,the compressive strength of concrete is 0.69 MPa,and the volume water absorption and shrinkage of concrete also decrease to the minimum. When the content of wollastonite is 9%,the compressive strength of concrete is 0.71 MPa,and with the increase of the con-tent of wollastonite, the thermal conductivity of concrete is gradually increased, while the volume water absorption is gradually decreased. When the content of mineral powder is 3%,the compressive strength of concrete is 0.69MPa,and the volume water absorption and shrinkage of concrete are reduced to 9.6%and 1%,respectively.When the content of metakaolin is 6%,the compressive strength of concrete is 0.85 MPa,the thermal conductivity is0.0613 W/m·K,and the volume water absorption and shrinkage of concrete are reduced to8.6%and 0.84%,respectively.In summary,it is suggested that the content of fly ash, silica fume, mineral powder and metakaolin should be main-tained at 6%,9%,3%and 6%respectively.关键词
