摘要

Abstract

In this paper,based on a raft foundation construction case of a large industrial plant,ANSYS finite element software was used to simulate the stress distribution and cracking of mass concrete,combined with the measured temperature data of each measuring point,and the influence of different cement content and mold temperature on the temperature field of mass concrete was analyzed.The results show that the maximum temperature difference between inside and outside the B and C locations is 34.2、23.7℃ respectively,and the peak tensile stress is 22.29、6.02 MPa,indicating that the greater the thickness of concrete,the more prone to cracks at the bottom position.Under the condition of meeting the structural requirements,the amount of cement should be reduced as far as possible,and the mold temperature should be controlled within 5~25℃ to reduce the temperature difference between inside and outside and avoid cracks.
