Abstract
This article investigates the effect of hollow microspheres(a type of hollow inorganic lightweight aggregate)on the performance of foam cement insulation boards. The thermal conductivity of hollow microspheres is 0.035 W/(m·k),which is only half of that of ordinary Portland cement.Adding hollow microspheres can reduce the thermal conductivity of foam cement insulation boards.Hollow microspheres have both"water absorption"and"ball rolling"effects. When the dosage is 0.5%,the flowability of the slurry is comparable to that of the blank group, and the flowability is not reduced, which is beneficial for improving the stability of the slurry. After adding hollow microspheres, the dry density of the foam cement insulation board gradually decreases, but the compressive strength gradually increases. The dry densities of the 0.1%and 0.4%groups were 162 and 159 kg/m3,respectively,which decreased by 4.7%and 6.5%compared to the blank group; The compressive strengths were 0.36 and 0.41 MPa,respectively, which increased by 0.03 and 0.08 MPa compared to the blank group. The com-pressive strength of the 0.4%added group increased significantly; After adding hollow microspheres, the thermal conductivity of the foam ce-ment insulation board first decreased and then increased. The thermal conductivity of the 0.1%group was 0.064 6 W/(m·k),which was 1.2%lower than the blank group, and the 0.4%group was 0.066 7 W/(m·k),which was 2.0%higher than the blank group. Finally,a lightweight and high-strength Type Ⅱ foam cement insulation board with a density of 160 kg/m3,compressive strength of 0.4 Mpa,and ther-mal conductivity of 0.0646 W/(m·k)was prepared.关键词
