外侧单髁膝关节置换术治疗膝外侧间室骨关节炎
Lateral unicondylar knee arthroplasty for treatment of lateral compartment osteoarthritis of knee

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of lateral unicondylar knee arthroplasty(LUKA)in the treatment of lateral compartment osteoarthritis of knee.Methods The 25 patients with lateral compartment osteoarthritis of knee were treated with LUKA.The surgery situation,valgus angle of the hip-knee-ankle knee flexion activity range and post-operative complications were recorded.HSS score was used to evaluate the knee joint function.Results All patients were followed up for 24～51 months.The incision length was 6～8(6.8±0.6)cm,the intraoperative blood loss was 100～200(145.8±12.4)ml,and the operative time was 69～140(110.0±9.7)min.The postoperative valgus an-gle of the hip-knee-ankle,the knee joint flexion motion range and the knee joint HSS score of the last follow-up were all improved,compared with those before surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no complications such as infection and poor incision healing,and degeneration of the medial compartment and patellofemoral arthritis.At the last follow-up,X-ray radiographs showed that the knee prosthesis was in good position,the internal fixation was stable,and no loosening was observed.Conclusions LUKA in the treatment of lateral com-partment osteoarthritis of knee has the advantages of fast functional recovery,fewer complications and less trauma.关键词
