微更新视角下历史文化街区保护与更新设计研究——以沈阳中山路为例
A Study on the Conservation and Renewal Design of Historic and Cultural Blocks from the Perspective of Micro-Renewal:Taking Zhongshan Road in Shenyang as an Example

Abstract
Historic and cultural districts embody the traditional features of cities,yet they face challenges posed by modernization,globalization,and rapid urbanization.Taking the historic and cultural district of Zhongshan Road in Shenyang as the research object,this paper points out that relying solely on the"transfusion"mechanism for preservation is unsustainable.This district primarily serves residential functions,with small businesses lining the streets,and the traditional mode of districts has become difficult to match the demands of modern society.Therefore,this paper proposes a micro-renewal preservation design strategy,employing small-scale,gradual renovations such as restoring historical development,reconstructing physical spatial forms,and reallocating district functions,to achieve harmonious coexistence between historical culture and modern life.This strategy aims to continue the historical spatial texture of the district,preserve and highlight traditional features,while enhancing its vitality and sustainability,providing new ideas and methods for the preservation and renewal of historic and cultural districts.关键词
