两种固定方式治疗腕舟状骨骨折的疗效比较

Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy of cross fixation with two Herbert screws and single Herbert screw in the treatment of wrist scaphoid fracture.Methods The 30 patients with wrist fresh scaphoid fractures were divided into observation group(14 cases were treated with two Herbert screws cross fixation)and control group(16 cases were treated with single Herbert screw fixation),according to different treatment methods.The surgical status,fracture heal-ing time,pain VAS and wrist joint activity range of the two groups were compared,and the therapeutic effect was eval-uated by Mayo score of the wrist joint function.Results All patients were followed up for 12～14 months.There were no statistical differences in operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).Fracture healing time in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).At 3 and 12 months after surgery,there were no statistical differences in pain VAS and Mayo score between the two groups(P>0.05).At 12 months af-ter surgery,there was no statistical difference in wrist activity range between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Both cross fixation with two Herbert screws and single Herbert screw can stabilize and fix the scaphoid fracture of the wrist,and obtain good curative effect.Cross fixation with two Herbert screws has higher stability and shorter healing time.关键词
