3D打印技术辅助前外侧入路内固定治疗胫骨平台后外侧骨折
Three-dimensional printing technique assisted internal fixation on the posterolateral tibial plateau fractures with anterolateral approach

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of three-dimensional(3D)printing technique assisted internal fixation on the posterolateral tibial plateau fractures with anterolateral approach.Methods The 41 patients with posterolateral tibial plateau fractures were divided into control group(21 cases were treated with internal fixation via posterior medi-an incision approach)and observation group(20 cases were treated with reduction internal fixation assisted with 3D printing technique via anterolateral approach),according to different treatment plans.Operation conditions,fracture healing,pain VAS,knee flexion motion,HSS score and complications were recorded in the two groups.Results All patients were followed up for 6~15(9.52±2.16)months.Operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter(less)than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in fracture healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no statistical differences in posterior slope angle(PSA)and tilt plateau angle(TPA)between the two groups at 48 h,3,6 months after operation(P>0.05).Pain VAS,knee flexion motion and HSS score:At 6 months after surgery,two groups were all better than those at 3 months after surgery(P<0.05),and at 3,6 months after surgery,the data of ob-servation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The 3D printing technique assisted percuta-neous poking reduction internal fixation on the posterolateral tibial plateau fractures with anterolateral approach can optimize surgery plan,reduce intraoperative bleeding,shorten hospital stay,relieve pain,and improve knee function and mobility.关键词
