两种内固定方式治疗胫骨干骨折的疗效比较

摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy of bridging combined internal fixation system and interlocking intr-amedullary nailing fixation in treament of tibial shaft fracture.Methods The 79 patients with tibial shaft fractures were divided into control group(40 cases were adopted with interlocking intramedullary nailing fixation)and observa-tion group(39 cases were treated with interlocking bridging combined internal fixation system)according to different internal fixation.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incidence of the wound infection,fracture healing time were recorded,and affected limb function was evaluated by using Johner-Wruhs score criterion.Results All patients were followed up for 12～35 months.There were no statistical differences in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,wound infection incidence rate,fracture healing time and the excellent-good rate of the affected limb function(P>0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of tibial shaft fractures,the bridging combined internal fixation system can a-chieve similar clinical effects to interlocking intramedullary nailing fixation.The surgeon can choose the appropriate internal fixation method according to the soft tissue conditions,fracture characteristics and personal experience.关键词
