跗骨窦入路结合微型钛板治疗跟骨骨折
Tarsal sinus approach combined with mini titanium plate for treatment of calcaneal fractures

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of tarsal sinus approach combined with mini titanium plate in the treatment of Sanders type Ⅱ and Ⅲ calcaneal fractures.Methods The 28 patients(29 feet)with Sanders type Ⅱ and Ⅲ calcaneal fractures were treated by tarsal sinus approach combined with mini titanium plates.Calcaneal length,height,Böhler angle,Gissane angle and ankle range of motion were recorded,and the therapeutic effect was evalua-ted according to AOFAS ankle-hindfoot score criterion.Results All patients were followed up for 12～24 months.No complications such as infection and skin necrosis occurred during follow-up.All fractures healed within 3～6 months.The length,height,Böhler angle and Gissane angle of calcaneus were improved after operation,compared to the preo-peration(P<0.01).At the last follow-up,all patients had normal walking gait,ankle dorsiflexion of 20°～30°(25.3°±5.2°),plantar flexion of 40°～50°(44.6°±6.2°),varus of 30°～40°(34.3°±5.8°),and valgus of 10°～20°(16.2°±4.6°).According to AOFAS ankle-hindfoot scoring criteria,14 cases were excellent,11 good,and 4 fair,with an excellent-good rate of 25/29.Conclusions Tarsal sinus approach combined with mini titanium plate in treatment of Sanders type Ⅱ and Ⅲ calcaneal fractures can anatomically reduce the subtalar articular sur-face,with fewer complications and better recovery of affected foot function.关键词
