Abstract
With the deepening of digital transformation,new quality productivite forces play an increasingly important role in the high-quality development of enterprises.Based on the relevant data of Chinese technology companies from 2010 to 2023,this paper uses the text analysis method to construct the human-machine collaboration index of enterprises,and empirically analyzes and tests the specific mechanism of how the new quality productivite forces can achieve high-quality development of enterprises by empowering human-machine collaboration.It is found that new quality productivite forces can promote the high-quality development of enterprises.The result of mechanism test shows that digital new quality productivite forces can achieve high-quality development of enterprises by empowering human-machine collaboration.Specifically,the new quality productivite forces promote the improvement of technological innovation and management efficiency of enterprises by improving the level of automation and the accuracy of resource allocation,the diversification and real-time sharing of knowledge;improves the attractiveness of enterprises to high-quality talents by enhancing corporate reputation and corporate value;promotes collaboration and innovation within the enterprise through resource integration and information integration.The research conclusions provide a theoretical reference and policy suggestions for enterprises to strengthen the practical application and management of human-machine collaboration and achieve high-quality development.关键词
