城市数字产业集群国际竞争力评价与提升路径——以西安为例
Evaluation and Improvement Path of International Competitiveness of Urban Digital Industry Clusters:Taking Xi'an as an Example

Abstract
Under the current complex macroeconomic situation at home and abroad,embracing digital transformation and actively building new advantages of urban digital industrial clusters are objective requirements for promoting the high-quality development of the local economy.Taking Xi'an as an example,this paper systematically evaluates the current status of the international competitiveness of urban digital industrial clusters,and proposes specific paths to support the characteristic development of regional digital industrial clusters.Firstly,the paper measures the international competitiveness of Xi'an digital industry cluster by constructing an evaluation index system for the international competitiveness of digital industry clusters.Secondly,based on the the six dimensions of the Micheal Poter diamond model,the paper selects the influencing factors for regression econometric analysis to identify the main factors affecting the international competitiveness of Xi'an digital industrial cluster.The results show that,first,the international competitiveness level of Xi'an digital industry cluster is in the middle and lower reaches of the country,and it is generally insufficient in terms of value competitiveness,innovation competitiveness,and ecological competitiveness;second,the improvement of the international competitiveness of Xi'an's digital industry cluster mainly depends on the continuous increase in local R&D investment,the significant improvement of technological innovation,the further improvement of the policy environment support system,and the continuous improvement of the level of opening up.Based on the research conclusions,some suggestions are put forward,such as increasing R&D investment in digital industry clusters,strengthening technological innovation in digital industry clusters,improving the policy environment of digital industry clusters,and deepening the opening up of digital industry clusters,so as to help Xi'an and other cities build world-class digital industrial clusters with global influence and promote high-quality economic and social development of China.关键词
