装配率对装配式剪力墙结构住宅工程造价的影响研究
Analysis of the Influence of Assembly Rate on the Construction Cost of Prefabricated Shear Wall Structure House
摘要
Abstract
In order to analyze the effect of assembly rate on the cost of prefabricated shear wall project,the total cost of prefabricated shear wall structure and cast-in-place shear wall structure project was compared and analyzed with three construction projects as examples.The results show that the cost of reinforced concrete engineering is the highest,and the lowest is roofing and waterproof engineering.With the increase of assembly rate,the unit total cost,civil construction unit cost and decoration unit cost increase continuously.The unit cost of materials and ma-chinery does not increase,and the labor cost rises first and then falls.Among them,the slope of the slope of the unit cost-assembly rate curve of the civil part is 0.22,and the slope of the slope of the unit cost-assembly rate curve of the decorative part is 8.3.The above research pro-vides a reference for determining the reasonable design scheme of prefabricated shear wall structure residential engineering.关键词
