Abstract
In the era of new media,cyberspace has become an important place for public opinion expression and social hot discussions,and with the maturity of big data technology and the wide application of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,the birth and outbreak of online public opinion have become difficult to control.This paper firstly analyzes the governance dilemmas in information production,processing,and dissemination brought about by AI technology.Furthermore,the paper proposes to establish a normalized network public opinion monitoring and early warning mechanism based on AI technology,and judge the degree of network group polarization and predict the risk of public opinion through real-time data mining,topic clustering,and sentiment analysis.Finally,the paper emphasizes that it is necessary to give full play to the ability of opinion leaders in cyberspace to guide online public opinion,and use mainstream values to guide and divide the views of online groups.关键词
