Abstract

Museum-school collaboration courses in vocational education must integrate vocational skill development with cultural literacy.The Outcome-Based Education(OBE)approach provides a practical framework for achieving this integration.Course design should relate to students'specific fields of study to ensure continuity in learning,clarify learning tasks to establish student-centered awareness,and maintain an outcome orientation to ensure coherence across course components.Taking the"Cultural Creative Product Design"course at Guangzhou Vocational School C as an example,three key steps were defined:designing learning outcomes,planning the learning process,and formulating assessment strategies.Practice has proved that students can achieve the expected learning outcomes upon course completion.This course design meets the talent development needs of vocational education.Museum-school collaboration courses in vocational education based on OBE concept can support the achievement of vocational education objectives and provide valuable insights for innovation in Chinese-style vocational education.
