Dynamic Setting of Majors in Vocational Education in the Context of Digital Transformation:Value Implications,Realistic Barriers,and Optimization Paths

Abstract
With the continuous development of digital technology,vocational education oriented by industrial development and centered on technical learning also needs to be reformed urgently.In this context,promoting the dynamic setting of majors in vocational education is an important means to cultivate high-quality skilled and technical talents.From the perspective of humanism,doing a good job in the dynamic setting of majors in vocational education is conducive to realizing the needs of students'self-development.From the perspective of social standard,it is conducive to sustainable economic development and the construction of a modern education system.However,the setting of majors in vocational education is still facing the dilemmas of insufficient digital cognition of the main body,the misalignment of the supply and demand of industrial talents,and the lack of digital resources in vocational colleges.In order to solve the problems,taking the government,enterprises,and schools as the starting point,based on the needs of digital transformation,it is necessary to promote tripartite collaborative education,improve the digital cognitive level of multiple subjects with policy support,connect with market demand,establish an early warning mechanism for the setting of majors,and improve the supply of digital resources,so as to provide feasible solutions for the dynamic and scientific setting of majors in vocational education.关键词
