摘要

Abstract

The deep coupling of new quality productivity and vocational education is an important way to cultivate innovative and top-notch technical talents,and it will also bring new momentum to the reform of modern vocational education.The scientific connotation of new quality productivity and the positioning of innovative and top-notch technical talents are discussed,the catalytic effect of the coupling between new quality productivity and vocational education is analyzed,and the internal logic of vocational education in cultivating top-notch technical talents is clarified.On this basis,it puts forward the innovative pathways of talent cultivation:clarifying the cultivation goal,establishing the awareness of serving the new quality productivity;reshaping the supply pattern,meeting the demand of transformation and upgrading of the smart manufacturing industry;accelerating the construction of the technical talent overpass through the integrated cultivation"from middle and high schools to bachelor's and master's degrees";forging the team of masters to improve the quality of the innovative talent cultivation;deepening the integration of enterprises with schools and universities to accelerate the cultivation and transformation of the new quality productivity.
