Career Competencies and Strategies for Developing Students in the Field of Business Administration
摘要
Abstract
Nowadays the evaluation of students'competence has become an important part of education,and the introduction of the PISA-VET assessment framework has opened up a new horizon for international vocational education assessment.Through the description and assessment of students'basic skills and vocational competencies in the PISA-VET program,we consider the occupational characteristics of the field of business administration and the diversified needs of the dynamic employment environment,improve the vocational competencies of the students in the field of business administration in the context of digitization,integrate the multiple competencies and skills required by the students in this field,incorporate the requirements of digital tools and the application of multidisciplinary integration into the curriculum design,enhance their ability to cope with complex business tasks and their career adaptability,and improve the professionalism and competitiveness for employment of students in business administration by means of comprehensive assessment and systematic training.关键词
