大叶桃花心木对土壤铅镉胁迫的生长响应研究
Growth Response of Swietenia macrophylla to Lead and Cadmium Stress in Soil

Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the growth response and tolerance of soil lead(Pb)and cadmium(Cd)stresses on Swietenia macrophylla King.[Methods]A pot experiment was conducted to examine root mor-phology,biomass,and Pb and Cd uptake and accumulation under different concentrations of Pb(0,500,1 000,1 500 mg·kg-1)and Cd(0,10,25,50 mg·kg-1).[Results]Under Pb stress,plant height,diameter,root and total biomass of Swietenia macrophylla increased compared to the CK,with the maximum values ob-served at 1 500 mg·kg-1 Pb.In contrast,under Cd stress,the above indexes of Swietenia macrophylla first increased and then decreased,reaching the maximum value at 10 mg·kg-1 Cd.No significant differences in root length,root surface area and root volume were observed between the various Pb and Cd treat-ments and the CK.The nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P),and potassium(K)contents in the roots gradually de-creased as Pb and Cd concentrations increased.Root Pb content and Pb accumulation were significantly higher than those in the aboveground parts in all treatments.For the aboveground biomass,N,P,and K contents did not differ significantly from the CK;however,total N,P,and K accumulation increased with Pb concentration,while with increasing Cd concentration,the trend was first an increase and then a decrease.Pb and Cd content and accumulation in the roots,aboveground parts,and whole plants increased with the rising concentrations of Pb and Cd.[Conclusion]Swietenia macrophylla has strong tolerance to both Pb and Cd stresses,and can be considered as a potential candidate for phytoremediation of Pb-and Cd-con-taminated soil.关键词
