论范仲淹的治军之道与统兵实践
Research on Fan Zhongyan,s Way of Military Governance and Military Practice
摘要
Abstract
Under the national policy of"valuing culture over military",the Northern Song Dynasty formed a military system of"civilian officials commanding troops".Fan Zhongyan was a famous civil servant in the Northern Song Dynasty.With the Con-fucian sentiment of taking the world as his own responsibility,he resolutely joined the military during the country,s crisis and led the Northwest military and civilians to resist the invasion of Western Xia together with Han Qi and others.During the Song Xia War,Fan Zhongyan,based on inheriting the traditional excellent military governance ideas and reflecting on the military mal-practices of the Northern Song Dynasty,combined with his military practice of commanding the resistance against Xi Xia,formed an active defense strategy and tactics,implemented the concept of cautious and peaceful warfare,and adopted a military gover-nance approach with humanistic colors.After arduous military struggles,Fan Zhongyan relied on his military governance and practice of commanding troops,ultimately forcing Yuan Hao to negotiate peace with the Song Dynasty and swear allegiance,suc-cessfully defending his country.关键词
