数字经济发展下就业极化的驱动因素、组态路径与效应
On the Driving Factors,Configuration Paths and Effects of Employment Polarization under the Development of Digital Economy
摘要
Abstract
Taking the development of China,s digital economy as a background,the article provides an in-depth analysis and summarizes the influencing factors of labor force employment polarization.The study employs provincial panel data from 2010 to 2020,applies fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis methods,and constructs a fixed effects model in order to explore the drivers,paths,and their effects of employment polarization.The findings show that:the economic,social and educational en-vironments together have a significant impact on employment polarization through interactions and synergistic effects;this study specifies four main paths of labor force employment polarization,namely,numerical-social-environment-driven,numerical-edu-cational-environment-driven,numerical-economic-environment-driven,and the type driven by other factors;compared to the single-factors,sum of impacts,these grouping paths have more significant impacts on employment polarization.These findings provide not only a key perspective for understanding how the digital economy shapes employment polarization,but also an empiri-cal basis and insights for policies.关键词
