Strengthening the Digital Literacy of University Teachers:Appearance Logic,Focus Direction,and Practical Compliance

Abstract
In the current digital age,enhancing the digital literacy of university teachers is the key and support for cultivat-ing digital and intelligent talents,promoting digital and intelligent education,and achieving the construction of a strong country and national rejuvenation.In view of the development of digital technology,national policy guidelines,and the current status of digital literacy among university teachers,it is necessary for them to adhere to the construction and practice of a digital concept consciousness suitable for the intelligent era,from generation to integration to lifelong development;to emphasize digital empow-erment iteration and cultivate intelligent application capabilities that promote teaching and research internally;to advocate for a shift from instrumental rationality to humanistic rationality,and cultivate professional ethics and conduct in digital education.In practice,it is necessary to construct a scientific evaluation and incentive system to strengthen teachers'awareness of digital con-cepts,implement a full life cycle training system to enhance teachers,intelligent application capabilities,and implement a multi resource guarantee system to deeply strengthen teachers,professional ethics and conduct,as practical guidelines for improving the digital literacy of university teachers.关键词
