非英语专业大学生正念与外语焦虑关系的实证研究
An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Mindfulness and Foreign Language Anxiety among Non-English Major College Students

Abstract
Anxiety is a key factor affecting language learning outcomes,and psychological regulation can effectively reduce anxiety levels.As a psychological regulation approach,mindfulness has gained increasing attention for its role in alleviating anxi-ety related to foreign language learning.This study aimed to explore the impact of mindfulness on foreign language anxiety(FLA)among non-English major college students,particularly in the dimensions of communication anxiety,academic anxiety,and classroom anxiety.A total of 301 non-English major college students were assessed using the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale(MAAS)and the Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety Scale(FLCAS),and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0.The results indicated a significant negative correlation between mindfulness and FLA,as well as its three dimensions.Further multiple regression analysis revealed that mindfulness significantly predicted FLA,explaining 13%of its variance,with the stron-gest effect observed in academic anxiety.This suggests that enhancing students'mindfulness levels may have a positive effect on reducing FLA;however,further research is needed to verify its actual effectiveness.These findings provide theoretical insights and practical implications for foreign language education.关键词
