摘要

Abstract

Based on oxygen-enriched combustion in dry cement production system combined with CO2 back mixing process,the flow field in C1 cyclone preheater under N2/O2 and CO2/O2 atmospheres was numerically simulated,and the distribution of flow field,gas-solid separation efficiency and gas-solid heat transfer effect were compared.The results show that the flow field under the two working conditions is basically the same,but the overall velocity and resistance loss in CO2/O2 atmosphere are higher.Under N2/O2 and CO2/O2 conditions,the gas-solid separation efficiency is almost unchanged,which is 93.45%and 93.67%,respectively.The heat transfer effect under CO2/O2 condition is lower than that under N2/O2 condition,and the gas-solid temperature difference increases from 58 K to 69 K.
