后外侧入路单侧椎弓根穿刺经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折
Unilateral pedicle puncture percutaneous kyphoplasty with posterolateral approach for treat-ment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of unilateral pedicle puncture percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)via posterolateral approach for treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF).Methods The 220 OVCFs patients were divided into observation group(94 cases were treated with posterolateral approach unilateral uni-lateral pedicle puncture PKP)and control group(126 cases were treated with posterior approach bilateral pedicle puncture PKP)according to different treatment methods.The surgical situation,pain VAS were recorded,and the Cobb angle,the compression ratio of the anterior edge of the injured vertebra were measured.Results All patients were fol-lowed up for 6~12 months.The observation group had shorter(less)surgical time,intraoperative bleeding volume,and intraoperative fluoroscopy frequency,compared to the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistical differ-ences in the bone cement injected volume and the rate of bone cement leakage between the two groups(P>0.05).At the last follow-up,the pain VAS,Cobb angle and compression ratio of the anterior edge height of the injured vertebra of two groups were superior to the preoperation(P<0.05),and there were no statistical differences for above data be-tween two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The posterolateral approach unilateral pedicle puncture PKP in the treat-ment of OVCF can achieve the same treatment effect as posterior approach bilateral puncture,and which has the ad-vantages of shorter surgical time,few intraoperative fluoroscopy frequency,and less intraoperative bleeding.关键词
