内窥镜下囊肿刮治术治疗下颌牙源性角化囊肿的效果观察
Clinical analysis of cyst curettage assisted by endoscope in the treatment of odontogenic keratocyst of mandible
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of endoscopy-assisted curettage in the treatment of odontogenic keratocyst(OKC)and evaluate its efficacy.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 53 patients diagnosed with odontogenic keratocyst admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 who underwent endoscopy-assisted cyst curettage with complete medical data.Results:Endoscopy-assisted curettage was less traumatic and the incidence of lower lip numbness and recurrence was lower.Conclusion:Endoscopy-assisted curettage of cysts can reduce the recurrence rate as much as possible and protect adjacent healthy tissues,which is worthy of further study and popularization.关键词
