术前模拟颌骨缺损合并牙列缺损数字化植入物制作的初步研究
Preliminary study on the fabrication of digital implants for simulating jawbone defects and dentition defect be-fore tumor surgery

Abstract
Objective:To explore the feasibility and clinical application effect of digital implant fabrication for preop-erative simulated jawbone defects with dentition defect.Methods:Patients with oral and maxillofacial tumor resection who need to remove teeth were enrolled as subjects and divided into two groups.Finished titanium mesh combined with conven-tional implantation was used in the control group.CBCT data of tumor patients who require tooth extraction during surgery in the experimental group were obtained and imported into Mimics software to establish a three-dimensional digital jawbone mod-el.The tumor and tooth parts were removed from the model to simulate postoperative jawbone defects and tooth loss.Personal-ized grid shaped implants were added and saved as a universal format file for rapid prototyping,which is then input into a 3D printer to drive rapid prototyping.Digital personalized titanium stent implants with repair abutment were made and implanted in-to the body.Surgical time,postoperative redness and swelling time,the score of postoperative pain,implant success rate and im-plant stability after 12 months of permanent crown restoration were compared between the two groups.Results:The experimental group required less surgical time,postoperative redness and swelling time,and the score of postoperative pain compared to the control group(P<0.05).There were 4 cases of implant loosening in the experimental group,with a success rate of 81.8%,two cases in the control group had implant loosening,with a success rate of 90.9%.There was no statistical significance in the suc-cess rate of implant between the two groups(P>0.05).After 12 months of permanent crown restoration,both of the two groups'implants obtained relatively high primary stability,but the implant stability in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through digital preoperative simulation technology,personalized repair implants can be made to achieve effective treatment of patients with jawbone defects and dentition defects after maxillofacial tumor surgery.However,further research and exploration are still needed on the long-term application effects of this personalized implant.关键词
